Refund Policy

1. Irreversible Nature of NFT Transactions

1.1. NFTs purchased via LUNO are minted, recorded, and transferred on a blockchain.

1.2. Blockchain transactions are immutable and cannot be reversed under any circumstances. Once an NFT is purchased, the transfer is final and automatically executed on the blockchain.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1. Due to the nature of blockchain technology, all NFT sales are final.

2.2. LUNO does not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind by the purchaser
• Market price fluctuations
• Technical errors on the purchaser's wallet or network
• Mistaken purchase

2.3. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you are fully responsible for verifying all purchase details (e.g., NFT selection, wallet address, price) prior to confirming the transaction.

3. Responsibility of the Purchaser

3.1. Users are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring sufficient cryptocurrency balance for the transaction
• Using the correct wallet address for minting or transfer
• Confirming all transaction details before executing the purchase

3.2. LUNO shall not be liable for any loss, error, or inability to recover funds resulting from user mistakes, wallet mismanagement, or blockchain network errors.

4. Exceptions

4.1. LUNO may, at its sole discretion, offer remedial solutions only in cases of demonstrable technical failure on our end, such as:

• Failure of NFT minting due to server or smart contract errors
• Systemic issues preventing completion of the transaction

4.2. Any such exceptions are limited, discretionary, and must be approved by LUNO in writing.

5. Agreement

By purchasing an NFT from LUNO, you explicitly agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that you waive any right to demand a refund. You further acknowledge that LUNO is not responsible for the resale value, liquidity, or market performance of NFTs.
